Program Purpose and Audience
- Dare to Lead helps leaders understand that courage is not a personality trait - it's a set of learnable skills.
- Participants develop the self-awareness, vulnerability, trust, and resilience needed to have difficult conversations, build stronger relationships, and create cultures where people can do their best work.
- A leader is anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people and processes and has the courage to develop that potential.
- Participants will have the opportunity to connect with peers and build relationships with a peer network, gaining valuable insight from peers outside their organization.
- Participants can expect a blend of brief teaching segments, individual reflection, small-group discussions in breakout rooms, practical exercises, and opportunities to apply the concepts to real leadership challenges you are currently facing.
