DESCRIPTION: Dare to Lead Program Delivered over three months (September -
November) Based on the Research of Dr. Bren&eacute\; Brown\, the Dare to
Lead program is the ultimate playbook for developing brave leaders and
courageous cultures in today's context. Leadership Development Program
Outline Daring leadership is a collection of four skill sets that are 100%
teachable. Dare to Lead focuses on developing the skill sets to help you
cultivate the courage\, vulnerability\, and empathy necessary to be a
better leader. It is about brave work\, tough conversations\, and showing
up with our whole hearts. Delivery Method - Online 1-hour kick-off to set
the stage Dare to Lead assessments to build self-awareness 8 x 3-hour
highly interactive sessions covering the 4 courage-building skills (9am-
noon PST) 1-hour wrap-up meeting focused on integrating your learning into
  your work and life Schedule September 22: Kick-off - 9am-10am (PST) |
 12pm-1pm (EST) 8 Tuesdays Oct 6 - Nov 17 - 9am-12pm (PST) | 12pm - 3pm
 (EST) November 24: Wrap-up - 8am-9am (PST) | 11am-12pm (EST) Program
Purpose and Audience Dare to Lead helps leaders understand that courage is
not a personality trait - it's a set of learnable skills. Participants
develop the self-awareness\, vulnerability\, trust\, and resilience needed
to have difficult conversations\, build stronger relationships\, and
create cultures where people can do their best work. A leader is anyone
who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people and processes
and has the courage to develop that potential. Participants will have the
opportunity to connect with peers and build relationships with a peer
network\, gaining valuable insight from peers outside their organization.
Participants can expect a blend of brief teaching segments\, individual
 reflection\, small-group discussions in breakout rooms\, practical
exercises\, and opportunities to apply the concepts to real leadership
challenges you are currently facing. Program Facilitator Dr. Tara Cree is
a leadership development expert with 25+ years of consulting experience.
She develops leadership talent at all levels through assessment\,
coaching\, and leadership programs. Tara is a Certified Dare to Lead
Facilitator who incorporates this highly experiential methodology into her
life and work. Registration deadline for this progam is September 18th.
