BC Pay Transparency Reporting Tutorial and Q&A
Get ready for November 1st!
Pop-up PLG - September 17, 2026 - 9am - 10am (PT)
Connect with representatives from BC's Gender Equity Office to find out what you need to do by the November 1st reporting deadline.
When BC introduced pay transparency legislation back in May 2023, it seemed like there was tons of time before the reporting requirements became applicable for small to medium sized tech employers. Now, November 1st is around the corner, and all BC employers with 50+ employees must publish their pay transparency reports.
Not sure where to start? Not sure what data to include in your report? No problem! Join us for an informative session where representatives from BC's Gender Equity Office will review requirements, provide a demo of their pay transparency reporting tool, and will answer your questions on how to prepare your pay transparency report.
We look forward to seeing you there!
