TAP Network 2025 Leadership Development Program with Kwela
LDP Overview
We are partnering with Kwela to offer a Leadership Development Program (LDP) for TAP members and leaders within TAP organizations!
This LDP is a four month program that provides a substantial development opportunity to emerging leaders in tech. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with tech sector peers and build relationships with a peer network, gain valuable insights, and focus on foundational skills for those that are relatively early in their leadership role. The program is well suited for team leads, managers, and directors.

- DiSC Assessment - Build Self-Awareness
- Program Launch - Personal Development Planning
- Alignment - Meet with Manager to Develop Goals and Set the Stage for Success
- Skills Workshop #1 - Coaching for Performance
- Facilitated Peer Mentoring Sessions - Identify Opportunities and Challenges
- Skills Workshop #2 - Influencing Skills
- Facilitated Learning Circles - Develop Further Learning Insights
- Skills Workshop #3 - Leading High Performance Teams
- Mini-Feedback Survey - Measure Progress
- Graduation Session - Celebrate Success and Develop a Plan for Future
Course Fees
- Member Company: $1,750 per person (companies that register 5 or more people will receive an additional 5% off the full program fee).
- Non-Member Company: $1,950
LDP Schedule
