Member Company Testimonial:

Nano One has utilized the LDP program delivered by Kwela, in partnership with TAP Network, to support our new leaders in understanding different styles, importance of adaptability and setting goals. It also gives everyone a common language, useful framework, meaningful feedback, and an opportunity to learn and practice the new skills.

We have found it helps new managers gain perspective and focus on continuous improvement in their leadership.
