We’re excited to welcome two guest speakers: Tiffany Mintah, Learning and Development Program Manager at AbCellera, and Stephanie Ryan, Studio President at The Coaching Studio.Together, they’ll share the story of how they partnered to build AbCellera’s in-house leadership training, from program design to what’s included in the training, and how they measure its impact and ROI.
Participants will also share their go-to online training platforms, vendor recommendations, and free resources to support L&D strategies.
Whether you're new to learning and leadership development or have years of experience, we invite you to share your real-life case studies, experiences, and perspectives.
We’ll compile all the insights into a shared document for future reference and provide a shared Google Drive with resources that support the group’s learning and growth.
