Trends and Insights from TAP Network’s 2024 Salary and Total Rewards Survey
Wednesday, November 13th, online
9am-10am PT / 10am-11am MT / 12pm-1pm ET
Join us for an overview of TAP Network’s 2024 Salary and Total Rewards Survey results! Hear from our survey partners at Mercer, as we take a look at what’s happening in Canadian tech sector compensation.
Over the past 12 months, some companies grew while many companies were forced to take cost-cutting measures. With inflation slowing down in Canada, how much did salaries move in 2024? Is pay transparency legislation impacting compensation practices? What arrangements are in place to support hybrid work? What tools are being leveraged to pay for hot skills?
Find out the answers to these questions and more on November 13th when we’ll unpack key findings from our survey data, and discuss industry trends and the impact of current market conditions on salaries in Canada’s tech sector.
This is a public webinar event, open to all within Canada’s tech community!
