- The purpose of the LDP is to provide a substantial development opportunity to tech leaders at a variety of member companies.
-
The program focuses on foundational skills, and as such is best suited to individuals who are relatively early in their “people management” careers. This includes team leads, managers and directors.
PROGRAM COMPONENTS AND SCHEDULE:
The LDP is delivered over five months, starting January 15th, 2024. For more information on the program components, outcomes, timeframe, and delivery methods, please email us at info@tapnetwork.ca.
Member Company Testimonial:
Nano One has utilized the LEAP program (Leadership in Action Program delivered by Kwela, in partnership with TAP Network) to support our new leaders in understanding different styles, importance of adaptability and setting goals. It also gives everyone a common language, useful framework, meaningful feedback, and an opportunity to learn and practice the new skills. We have found it helps new managers gain perspective and focus on continuous improvement in their leadership.
