Senior Practitioner Peer Learning Group

This Senior Practitioner Peer Learning Group will be roundtable discussion format. One topic we were hoping to discuss as a group is identifying where P&C can add the most value to the organization given their current stage, challenges, and business maturity. For instance, where does P&C add value at start up versus mature or during high growth versus short term crunch or recession? How are people adapting their P&C strategy to align with business needs and what challenges are you running up against?
Feel free to come with other topics you would like to discuss and get other perspectives on. Looking forward to an engaging discussion!
This group provides a space for Senior Practitioners (10+ years) currently managing one or all areas of People and Culture at their organizations, to share experiences, challenges and best practices with a strategic lens and network with peers.
What members will get out of participating:
- Build a peer network across Canada’s tech sector
- Confidential space to discuss strategies and approaches
- Discuss varying opinions and new ideas
- Pulse checks on what other companies are facing/doing
