 Real-World AI:  What's Real and What's Risky?
Workshopping the Talent Acquisition Workflow

Pop Up Peer Learning Group
November 3, 2026 -  9am - 10am (PT) / 12pm - 1pm (ET)

This session won't be another hour-long lecture on tools, governance or ethics.  If you're a recruiter or talent professional who wants to move beyond AI hype and explore practical ways to use it in your work, join us for this discussion and workshop!

We’ll share real-world “aha” moments, discuss common challenges and cautions, and break into small groups to workshop the topics the group cares about most. Come ready to exchange ideas, learn from peers, and leave with approaches you can try in your own recruiting workflow.

Come prepared for conversations - attendees should have some experience incorporating AI in their TA workflows, so they can share learnings. Prior to the session, you’ll be invited to share the AI questions or problems you’d most like to discuss, and we'll tackle these in our break out sessions.

Your discussion leaders:

Rachel Ward, Manager, People Operations at Quandri

Jason Hughes, Talent Acquisition Manager at Jane App

Adam Gellert, Founder, CEO & Recruitment Advisor at The Linkus Group
