This new series is designed to bridge the gap between guesswork and mastery by tapping into the expertise of seasoned L&D practitioners both within and outside of the TAP Network community.

Featuring Krysty Wideen Ng from Nicola Wealth Management, this workshop will cover how to build a leadership program that covers the core skills needed to become better people managers. Krysty will share insights on how you can DIY build a people leadership program that covers the essentials of leading teams, from identifying program goals, to determining what, how much, and how to deliver content, to evaluating program effectiveness.

 

 

 

Krysty Wideeen Ng  M.Ed, CPCC is a Senior Manager, Organizational Learning & Development at Nicola Wealth, where she leads enterprise-wide leadership and talent development initiatives. She is the architect and program lead for Nicola Wealth’s Management Accelerator, a flagship program designed to support new and experienced people leaders in building confidence, capability, and consistency in how they lead.

Krysty brings over 15 years of experience across leadership development, organizational development, coaching, and consulting. Prior to her current role, she partnered with leaders and organizations across sectors as a leadership and OD consultant, supporting culture change, leader transitions, and the design of practical, behaviour-based development programs. Her background includes in-house and consulting roles focused on leadership capability building, change management, and talent systems.

 She holds a Master of Education, is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and is certified in tools including Leadership Circle Profile, EQ-i 2.0, and Insights Discovery. Known for her engaging facilitation style and pragmatic approach, Krysty is passionate about translating leadership theory into tools leaders can actually use—grounded in values, observable behaviours, and real-world complexity.
