The next session in this PLG series will focus on The Facilitator Lab: Skills PracticeCome ready to step out of your comfort zone, try new approaches, receive feedback, and strengthen your facilitation presence in a fun and practical learning environment. Whether you're a new facilitator or a seasoned practitioner, you'll leave with fresh ideas, greater confidence, and tools you can immediately put into practice.
Facilitation is a skill that's built through experience. In this hands-on session, Cecily will create a supportive and engaging space for participants to experiment with facilitation approaches, share experiences, practice techniques with peers, and build confidence leading conversations, workshops, learning experiences, and team discussions.
Join us for an interactive Peer Learning Group designed to help participants apply, practice, and deepen the tools, techniques, and insights introduced during TAP Network's October 14th L&D Learning Series session: The Facilitator Lab with Cecily Elmas.
