The next session in this PLG series will focus on Human-Centered AI in Learning & Development.

What does learning and development look like as AI continues to change how we learn, grow, and work?

In this collaborative session, we'll explore how our organizations are using AI—including real-life use cases and short demos—to support more personalized learning, coaching, feedback, and development experiences, while keeping people and connection at the center.

We're also excited to welcome Tina Taylor, Senior Manager, Talent Development at Article, who will share insights into Article's AI in L&D strategy, including how their team is thoughtfully integrating AI to enhance learning experiences, build capability, and support organizational growth.

Together, we'll highlight what's working in practice, where we're still learning, and explore practical, thoughtful ways to create more engaging, accessible, and impactful learning experiences that support both individual growth and organizational success.

Whether you're new to learning and leadership development or have years of experience, we invite you to share your real-life case studies, experiences, and perspectives.

We’ll compile all the insights into a shared document for future reference and provide a shared Google Drive with resources that support the group’s learning and growth.
