What does career growth look like when teams are lean, opportunities for career progression are limited, and organizations are navigating uncertainty? In this collaborative session, we will explore how to help leaders move beyond title-based advancement and focus on developing skills, capabilities, and meaningful experiences. Together, we’ll share challenges, insights, and practical approaches for enabling leaders to have stronger career conversations and create growth opportunities that support both individuals and organizational needs.

Whether you're new to learning and leadership development or have years of experience, we invite you to share your real-life case studies, experiences, and perspectives.

We’ll compile all the insights into a shared document for future reference and provide a shared Google Drive with resources that support the group’s learning and growth.
