The next session in this PLG series will focus on Designing an L&D Strategy That Works for Your Organization.

As the world of work continues to evolve, we’re all navigating how to design people strategies that genuinely strengthen leaders and teams—often with limited resources. In this session, we’ll learn from one another by sharing priorities, lessons learned, and what’s working across our teams as we look ahead to 2026. Bring your reflections from 2025, your questions, and the constraints and opportunities shaping your organization, and let’s co-create a thoughtful, actionable approach to supporting our teams.

This PLG will also provide a space as follow-up for anyone who attended the L&D Learning Series Launch Session on February 24th, to share stories on practical application from some of the themes that were discussed in the webinar.

Whether you're new to learning and leadership development or have years of experience, we invite you to share your real-life case studies, experiences, and perspectives.

We’ll compile all the insights into a shared document for future reference and provide a shared Google Drive with resources that support the group’s learning and growth.
