How to Conduct a Pay Equity Analysis Using Diversity Data

Wednesday, December 11, 2024, Online
9am-10:30am PT |10am-11:30am MT | 12pm-1:30pm ET

TAP Network is proud to provide Canada’s tech sector with diversity benchmarking data and tools, to help the sector track progress on increasing the representation of equity-deserving groups over time.  A more diverse and inclusive tech sector supports innovation and growth, and yet, despite best intentions there’s still much work to be done to continue to build diversity and pay equity in our organizations.

Does your organization collect diversity data? If so, how does your data compare to the wider Canadian tech community? If not, how do you get started in collecting diversity data? And once you have data collected, how do you conduct a pay equity analysis to identify pay gaps and create action plans to close these gaps?

Join us for a special event where we'll be:

  • sharing data from TAP Network's 2024 Diversity Dashboard;
  • connecting you with free diversity benchmarking resources; and
  • hearing from compensation experts on how to conduct a pay equity analysis.

During this webinar, you'll hear from our panel of speakers:
