EDIB Resource Hub Webinar Series: “Gender Equality Benefits Everyone”.

Join TAP Network on Wednesday, March 13th at 9:30-10:30 PST / 12:30-12:30pm EST, for our next EDIB Resource Hub webinar session entitled, “Gender Equality Benefits Everyone.” In acknowledgment and celebration of International Women’s Day, we look forward to Tina Strehlke, CEO of Minerva sharing trends in gender equity, based on Minerva’s recent research report. We’ll be diving into mentorship, sponsorship, and the strategies and actions we can take within our organizations. This event can be shared with your organization and/or leadership team, as all are welcome and we’ll be unpacking outdated beliefs for conscious change to systemic patterns and habits.

Session Description:

Promoting gender equity in the workplace is essential for cultivating a fair and inclusive environment that benefits everyone. It plays a crucial role in decreasing gender stereotyping, enhancing employee mental and emotional well-being, and elevating overall employee satisfaction, performance, and engagement. This workshop unpacks outdated beliefs surrounding successful leadership, and how these notions permeate our thinking, behaviour, and policies. You will gain insights to recognize and interrupt both personal and systemic patterns and habits. You will also learn strategies to actively contribute to achieving gender equality in the workplace.

We look forward to seeing you there!
