According to TAP Network’s recent member pulse survey, only 20% of member companies currently have a strategy around the use of GenAI, and 37% have written policies for it. As AI is rapidly reshaping the way we live and work, many of us are scrambling to build up our knowledge and capabilities in order to develop our department and/or organization's strategy and associated policies.  

Join us for a virtual peer roundtable discussion to hear from your peers and share how you're currently navigating the evolving AI landscape in your workplace. In what ways are you leveraging GenAI for P&C processes and workflows? How is it impacting your talent and workforce management activities? What are you excited about? What are your concerns and how are you addressing them?
