Organizations have brought equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) activities to the forefront of their people and business strategies – undeniably seeing the positive impacts of such efforts. A company's benefit offering should reflect and facilitate your organization's overall ED&I strategy and this can be a major differentiator when attracting and retaining talent. 

This in person lunch and learn panel session will aim to share data, industry trends and tactical practices on why and how organizations can leverage their benefit plans to further advance their organizations ED&I objectives.

Nicole brings over 25 years in the corporate space as a leader, mentor, trainer and strategic advisor to organizations of all sizes, Nicole challenges companies to leverage their focus and pay attention to what matters most – developing a culture of belonging and wellbeing so employees can thrive.

Devon Forshner (He/Him), Associate VP, HUB International
Devon's career began in HR before he became a benefits consultant where he helps organizations of all sizes help their people through designing, implementing and managing their employee benefits programs.  He brings a deep understanding of the practical application of ED&I within benefit programs. 

Charlyne Fothergill (She/Her), Community & Partnership Lead, Tech and People Network. 
For the past decade Charlyne has been helping drive the growth of Canada's tech industry through a variety of roles and has seen "under the hood" of 100's of companies. She is excited to share the data and industry trends and insights on how TAP Members are leveraging ED&I within their benefit plans to meet their strategic goals.
