Data-Driven Approaches to Navigating Comp Planning and Pay Equity - Vancouver (In-Person)

Thursday, April 18, 2024, 8:30am-10:30am
Location: Visier - 858 Beatty St #400, Vancouver, BC V6B 1C1, Canada

Today’s compensation planning reality involves multiple priorities, tight budgetary constraints, and balancing equity and fairness while maximizing employee retention. How effective is your current compensation planning process, and how confident are you that compensation dollars are being optimized? Hear about how companies are taking a data-driven approach to navigating compensation budgets and pay equity issues.

Join us in person as we discuss and debate insights and best practices from compensation research, industry experts, and people & culture professionals. We’ll also be opening the floor to questions and comments so attendees have the opportunity to dig into their relevant issues.

Discussion topics include but aren't limited to:

  • The latest compensation planning trends, the good and the bad
  • How to pay for performance on a limited budget
  • How to determine when you have a pay equity issue, and how these can be addressed during the compensation planning process
  • Ways to empower your managers to make smart compensation decisions leveraging additional analytics

We hope to see you for a morning of connecting, conversation, community, and comp planning! Grab a coffee and catch up with TAP Network friends from 8:30am-9:00am. Panel discussion begins at 9:00am.
