Calgary Peer Event: Talent Benchmarking & Employee Lifetime Value
Join TAP Network for a sneak peek of insights from the 2026 Canadian Talent Benchmarking Study.
Drawing on data from 84 Canadian technology companies, the study found certain people metrics had varying impacts on Employee Lifetime Value, the net financial value an employee generates over their tenure.
Following a short presentation, we’ll host a facilitated peer discussion where People and Culture leaders can reflect on the findings, share perspectives, and explore how these metrics show up in their own organizations.
The evening will conclude with informal networking and light refreshments.
