As companies struggle to do more with less, companies look to supplement their compensation and benefits with more creative ways to attract and retain talent.

TAP Network and our Partners at Mercer and HUB International will share both TAP Member and industry-wide data in answer to the above questions. We'll break into groups to discuss the data, as well as the trends and insights attendees are seeing among both Alberta-based and Canadian-wide talent.
